Areas of Discussion were as follows:
Item 1: Elections of officers: Randy Peterson re-elected for another 3-year term
Item 2: Old business: Harvey thanked all members for helping with the issue of the Engraver Beetle problem and taking care of the infected trees. It now looks as if the issue is taken care of.
Harvey thanked members for helping picking up litter throughout the HOA area. It makes the HOA much more presentable.
Item 3: New business: A list of the new owners was addressed in the original notes. Since then, two more changes have been addressed. Lot 35 at 101 Timberline Road is now owned by Jim and Carmen Ianora.
Item 4: Home Owner’s concerns: It was brought up that two lots are in need of cleanup after some construction work. Concerns of debris of piles of rock, lumber and dead trees. They cause safety concerns and an appearance issue. Both are infractions to the covenants. They will be addressed to the land owners in concern by letter stating a need to correct the situation. Also, there is a concern of one property not being used as stated in the covenants and will also be addressed by letter of the concerns.
