 We want a decent HOA that simply helps preserve the beauty and value of our subdivision and our properties.

 But we also want clear protections so it never becomes heavy-handed or targets individuals unfairly.

We need to incorporate our Road Board and our HOA together.  It will help protect us as a Subdivisions and and individual property owners.

Our goal is to create an non-intrusive HOA that truly works for us — one that protects property values while also protecting each owner’s right to enjoy their home without feeling bullied, micromanaged or forced to live within a rules book.

We can use wording to show exacly what we mean.
