Our declarations were largely boiler plate copies of Deer Meadows who were part of the original owners and developers.

The first draft addresses the rental aspects of the HOA,
the 2nd draft removed that, keeping it the same, with the idea we can revisit this at a later time.
Note: Like this current proposal, any and all future proposals/revisions will require a full (and verified) Members vote to make any additional changes. The rental language stays as it is in the original Declarations.
